Dear Birth Parent(s),

We want to thank you for your time in considering us as adoptive parents for your child. We can only imagine how difficult this decision will be for you. If you choose adoption for your child you will make our dream of becoming parents a reality.

Our names are Brian and Jennifer. We have been married for 13 years, and together for 17 years in total. We met in high school through a mutual friend, but did not begin to date until after graduation. We were actually close friends, hanging out until one day, it just happened. There is not a feeling better than knowing the person you love is also your best friend. We got married shortly after Jennifer graduated from college and chose to go to Disneyland on our honeymoon. California was someplace neither of us had been, and chose to make our honeymoon as fun and relaxing as possible. We started to talk about having children almost immediately. But, since we were so young, agreed to wait a few years until we were more stable financially and had a home to raise a child in. Little did we know that things would not go as planned.

We are so excited to be parents, to share our lives with a child and do the fun things we'd dream of doing with our family. Christmas is our favorite time and the magic of the season is so heightened when you can share it with a child. Visiting Santa and playing in the snow are the tops of our list to do!! Pictures of your child will be abundant and we will be more than excited to share them with you! We both enjoy traveling and road trips are something we cannot wait to do with a child. We are saving Disney World as a vacation to do with your child.

No one is more excited for us to have a family than our own families. Jennifer's sister cannot wait to be an aunt for the first time, as her husband will be an uncle for the first time as well. Brian's sisters & their families are so excited for a new life to come into the family! Dying Easter Eggs, and then hunting them along with going to see Santa is something we do as a family with all the nieces and nephews, as well as camping at a nearby lake. The youngest being six and oldest sixteen, the days of "firsts" are gone and they cannot wait to spoil another niece or nephew.

Your child will be raised in a strong, supportive and loving environment. Good values are taught at home first, and that is something that will be reinforced. Laughter is something that there is plenty of in our home. Choices are what our lives are made of and we want to raise your child with the opportunity to make those that make them happy. Education is important as well. Jennifer being a former substitute teacher, she knows how important it is to stress education and to start habits early.

If you chose us to raise your child, you can be assured that we will be sharing you every day, thanking you for giving us the most precious gift any one can give. Your child will always know that he or she was loved long before their birth and by many people. It takes an incredibly strong and special person to make such a decision. Please know your choice will make our lives enriched, and make us better people as we will matter in the life of a child. We could never thank you enough.
