Thank you so much for taking the time to read our letter. We feel honored that something about our profile caught your eye. We can't imagine how difficult this decision could be for you and we hope you will find peace in whatever decision you make. We can only promise that if you choose to place your child in our loving home, that your child will be loved and cared for and offered every opportunity that we could possibly provide.

Our names are Andi and Troy. We've been friends for 10 years and happily married for 4 years. Everyone says that we're a silly couple and we always joke with each other, but they can plainly see that we are truly in love. We are just a fun loving and caring couple that would love to raise a family together.

We have wanted children for some time now, but Andi had to have a hysterectomy several years ago. Before her surgery, Andi was able to have one child, Jessica. Jessica, who is 20, is a very bright and fun young woman. She has always wanted to be a big sister. She is so excited about our adoption plan and supports us fully. She intends to spoil her little brother or sister to the fullest extent. She seems to think that sodas and chocolate make a good combination with kids. We'll have to talk to her about that!

We look forward to birthdays, holidays, vacations, dressing up for Halloween and all the fun stuff kids can do. We will support your child in any extracurricular activities like sports, music, art, theater, etc. We believe a child should choose these activities if he or she wants to, with some guidance from their parents, but they shouldn't be forced to play sports just because their parents would want them to.

We are committed to giving regular updates and pictures of your child as he or she grows up. We plan on taking pictures and creating a story book of how your child was adopted; from us starting the adoption process and every stage thereafter. We believe it is important for your child to know of the selfless choice that you made for him or her. If you choose to place your child with us, that day will be celebrated as "Chosen Day." Every year we will remind ourselves of the difficult decision you made and celebrate your choosing to place your child with us.

Andi plans on spending the first 3 months at home with your child. After this we plan on keeping him or her in daycare very close by. Our employer is very flexible and understands that family comes first. They allow working from home and flexible work schedules when family life demands.

We are extremely thankful for your time in considering adoption and for reading about us. We hope you will give us the opportunity to raise your child in a home filled with lots of love and a good share of fun.
