We thank you for taking the time to get to know a little about us. Although we lead different lives we share one bond and that is the love and well-being of your child. We understand the difficulty of your decision and can appreciate how invested you are in ensuring the future of your little one.

Our names are Steve and Adriana. We have known each other for 14 years and have been married for 4 of these years. We both work in the field of education; in fact, that is how we met. As educators, watching children grow, develop, and reach their greatest potential in and out of the classroom has always been our passion. It is this commonality which brought us together in friendship and then in love and marriage. We are each other's best friend and take time to appreciate one another with daily "I love you's", hugs and kisses. We enjoy each other's company whether we're pumpkin picking or cheering our favorite team at a game.

Although we delight in spending time as a couple, we are looking forward to doing things as a family. As fate may have it we are unable to conceive a child but this has not affected our will or dampened our hope to be parents. Loving, nurturing, and taking care of a child is what we want most in our lives.

Your child will be in center stage playing the leading role in both of our lives. We will be positive role models and show him/her unconditional love, support, and encouragement. We promise your child a nurturing home, the best education, and a safe and caring environment from which to grow. Your child will be provided for in every way possible. He/she will always be a "star" in our eyes.

We are kindhearted, family oriented individuals who want so much to open our hearts and share our love with a child. We will encourage your child to pursue activities which are of interest to him/her whether it's sports, dance, or music. We look forward to taking family vacations from long weekends at the beach to trips around the world. We so wish to show your child all the beautiful things this world has to offer.

Being parents is a great gift and a welcomed life long responsibility. It means focusing our time and attention to journeying a child so that he or she may find personal fulfillment and happiness. We believe that being parents is to love beyond measure, listen without judgment, teach values, nurture growth, instill confidence, lead by example, and provide financial as well as emotional security. Aside from the tremendous amount of love we have to give, we feel our strength is being ever present and actively involved in the child's life whether it is attending school events, cheering on the sidelines, helping with homework or providing comfort when disappointment presents itself. We believe in communication and will make every effort to make the child feel comfortable talking to us about anything. Being parents is a commitment we feel passionate about and look forward to dedicating our lives to.

We want you to know that we will wholeheartedly tell your child about the adoption and the deep thought that went into your unselfish decision. We will express how your decision was made out of love and a desire for him/her to have the very best in life. With each passing year we will gladly share photos and letters of and about your child to reassure you of your decision.
