Hi! Our names are Julius and Tammy. We're so happy you're reading our profile and can't even begin to explain how excited we are to start our family through adoption. While we do not know you as of yet, we know what a great individual you must be with great courage and strength for choosing a great life for your child. We can only imagine how difficult considering adoption is, but we promise that if you select us as your adoptive family you can be confident in your decision that your baby will be brought up in a home filled with warmth, laughter, love and stability.

We have been married for 15 years and we are truly each other's best friend. We have endured 10 years of infertility together. These times have strengthened our marriage and helped us to realize how much we want to become parents. Family is something we both treasure. We enjoy spending time with each other, our parents, siblings, our extended families, and friends. We have several friends who have been blessed to adopt. This has allowed us to witness firsthand the miracle of building a loving family through adoption. Tammy's parents have volunteered to provide daycare. Tammy has a very flexible work schedule and is hoping to work approximately 32 hours a week. Our ultimate goal is for Tammy to be a full time stay-at-home mom.

We recently built our new dream home which is located very near our jobs and Tammy's parents. Our favorite part of the house is the open kitchen and family room. These rooms walk out onto the screened in porch, which is perfect for family gatherings. Our home has now become the place to celebrate Christmas for both sides of the family. The neighborhood is filled with a mix of families, and lots of children, always waiting for new playmates. We enjoy spending time outside in our yard and on our deck. We typically grill out with friends and family in the summer months. We have several annual block parties where we all bring food and rent a moon bounce for the kids. We have one of the best school systems within walking distance from our house. Our community has several parks, swimming pools and bike trails.

In our leisure time we like to go for bike rides, walks along the trails, and hang outside with the neighbors. In addition to spending time keeping up with the yard work, Julius likes to putter around in his garage and organize his many tools. Together, we like to plant and mulch the flower beds and to maintain the yard. During our vacation time, we like to attend NASCAR races and cheer for the Joe Gibbs racing team and beach vacations in South Carolina with our friends. We also enjoy taking day trips to local amusement parks with our nephews where Julius enjoys riding a little more than Tammy. Tammy loves to watch her nephews and Julius conquer the roller coasters, but from a safe distance away.
