Hello! Our names are Dan and Melinda, and we are ecstatic at the thought of you considering us for your adoption plan and inviting us into your life. We would like to thank you for exploring adoption for your child and express gratitude for finding out more about our family and us. We are so very excited to find the right match for everyone.

We are down to Earth, fun loving people who enjoy spending time with our family and living life to the fullest. We have been a part of each other's lives for over 15 years and have been married for nearly 13 years. We met on a cold autumn evening in 1992 after a high school bonfire and immediately had a connection. This connection is still raging in our relationship. Whether it is hiking in the mountains in Hawaii, or even just holding down the couch, we enjoy spending as much time together as possible. Our relationship is full of love, laughter, fun, stability, respect, and wonderful moments that touch each other's hearts.

Both of us are excited about fulfilling our lifelong dream of parenthood and are thrilled and grateful that you would consider allowing us to welcome your baby into our hearts and lives. From breakfast in bed to bedtime stories, and everything in-between we have longed for these extraordinary moments in our lives. We plan to provide your child with a loving home environment with lots of hugs, fun times and a good moral foundation to help him/her grow up to be a happy self confident person.

We admire the courage it takes to give your child the gift of life and your unselfishness in considering an adoption plan. Your baby is so blessed to have a mother who loves him or her so much. We know that you want your child to grow up in a well cared for and loving family, with every opportunity to succeed. We hope that you will come to believe what we already know in our hearts- we can provide your child with the loving, secure, happy home of which you dream.

After many years of infertility and coming to terms that we will never have a biological child of our own, we began looking into adoption. Since the beginning of our adoption journey, all of our family & friends have been so excited and very supportive of every step. Our families are a big part of our lives, and we are very excited to share this love with a child. Our families are rich in tradition, big or small we enjoy them all. Major holidays are a time we enjoy gathering together with our families. Sundays are a day for grilling poolside with friends and family. Those unable to attend normally receive photos via email or a text message. We would so much like to include a child in those experiences that we have come to love.

Given that our careers are very flexible, we feel fortunate that we will be able to provide our children with both an award winning school environment and have the opportunity to be part-time at home parents. Dan is a multi-franchise business owner and Melinda works in the real estate industry. We have both been in our careers for many years and together love the positions we are in. Melinda works downtown, which is only a 15-minute drive from our home and 5 minutes from the schools, while Dan works in various surrounding communities only a short drive from home.
