Dear Birth Parent(s),

This letter is so hard to write. How can we possibly put into words all that we are feeling right now? First of all, we are thankful that you are taking the time to consider us as adoptive parents. We know how hard this must be and want you to know that he/she will always know how much love went into this decision. You will always be spoken of in a positive and loving manner. We will gladly send pictures and letters, if you so desire. We will be open with him/her about the adoption right from the beginning. We will always let them know this was God's plan.

Our names are Jeff and Rebecca. We have been married for over five years. We are ready for a child. Everyday we think of you and the baby. You have such a special place in our hearts already. You always will.

We started to try for a family after being married for two years. There was no set time we just waited until it felt right. We are unable to have children biologically and know in our hearts that adoption is how we are destined to become a family.

We can not wait to share in the ups and downs. From crazy Halloween costume requests, to rubbing their tummy after too many hotdogs on the fourth of July. From staying up late to do last minute studying, to celebrating good grades and accomplishments. We are ready and so excited for what ever life has in store for all of us.

Our whole family is so supportive of our decision to adopt. Rebecca's parents are anxiously awaiting the news of their first grandchild. Rebecca's brothers can't wait to become Uncles. Jeff's family is so excited and can't wait to dote on the baby of the family.

We have so much love to offer a child. We promise to give your child a home filled with love, support and good values. We will give him/her the financial and emotional backing necessary to succeed and find happiness. We will always support and encourage any interests, hobbies, extracurricular activities and educational opportunities.

If you choose us as the adoptive parents of your child, we will be forever grateful. Thank you.
