Dear Birth Parent(s),

Calvary greetings in Jesus name.

We use this opportunity to sincerely thank you for being generous in considering us to be the adoptive parents of your child. It will be out of place for us to think that it is a light decision you are about to make.

We however, are uplifting you in our daily prayers for divine guidance and for God to give you His grace in abundance so that the decision you are about to make will not be as difficult as it may ordinarily appear. We are also optimistic that as you get to understand that we are God fearing people, the decision will be much easier. We are unshakably convinced that it will be a rare privilege and blessing for us to provide a loving and a caring home for your child.

By this document we introduce ourselves. Our names are Pat and Ann. Pat is a Pastor (a clergyman) and has been a Minister of God in a multinational Pentecostal / Evangelical Church. Pat is fully and completely committed to the Ministry work hence the spreading of the gospel of Jesus Christ in accordance to the Holy Scriptures (the Holy Bible). Ann is also a Minister of God (Preacher's wife) in the same ministry with Pat. They are therefore people of like mind and of the same faith and Ministry. She is fully committed to the genuine course of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Pat and Ann love all people irrespective of their color, race or nationality and background. We are God fearing people and thus live a truly Christian life. It goes without saying that we will raise your child in a God fearing home as a Christian.

As of date we have no child of our own, though we have been married for the past five years. Because we have so much love for children, we decided to be adoptive parents to your child. Our Ministry has so much affected children in the past and still affects children to date. Pat was a children's teacher for some years before he became a senior Pastor. Ann to date is deeply involved in children of our church. We have no doubt that the true affection we have always radiated towards children in the church will benefit your child.

The Ministry has taken Pat to different countries at one time or the other and therefore he has embraced cross-cultural dichotomies. By Gods grace, he pastors and doubles as the Director of Administrative Services in a multinational Ministry / Religious Christian Organization. Pat and Ann have travelled to some African countries, Asian Countries, European Countries, and Canada and over 25 states in US.

Life has been good to us and we want to share our blessing with your child.

Ann’s working hours are very flexible, she will be able to stay with the baby. We are going to make great parents for your child and we are assuring you that your child if adopted by us will be given the opportunity of the best education and training the society offers. We enjoy the role that we have in the lives of our nieces, nephews and cousins and are looking forward to the day that we will be parents. Because we love children and children love us, we will make a good parent to your child.

We are very excited about becoming parents and are eager about your child being part of our family. We hope you will give us the opportunity to be the parents of your child. We promise to love your child with all our hearts and to raise him or her in a Christian home. We will be happy to share letters and pictures of your baby with you as he/she grows up and develops.
