If you are reading our letter, you are undoubtedly making the hardest decision of you life. We know you must be overwhelmed with all the choices you have to make and the impact it will have on you and your baby. We respect the courage you have expressed and respect your final decision. Our names are Billy and Paige. We met through mutual friends and dated for almost eight years. This past spring we celebrated our seventh anniversary. As you might have already figured out, we tend to think things over and over! For the past four years we have struggled with infertility. Realizing we would have to take a different route, we knew adoption would be the best decision we could make, not only for us, but for a child that would need love and our undivided attention and care. Our only regret is that we didn't start our adoption journey sooner. Our friends and family have been overjoyed with our decision and cannot wait to meet the newest addition to our family. We have an extended family and lots of friends who have offered us support in ways that have simply amazed us.

We have made our marriage a strong partnership built on love and trust. Our best times are any time we spend together. We absolutely cannot wait to open our lives to a bundle of joy we can love and cherish. Christmas is a very exciting time in our home. No Christmas is ever complete without baking goodies, decorating our home, putting up the tree, and getting together with family and friends. We can't wait to make new memories with your child. Billy is thrilled with the idea of playing "Santa Claus" at Christmas. We are looking forward to sharing simple family dinners together and cheering them on at baseball games or dance recitals. Our parents were our biggest fans growing up and continue to provide us with guidance and support. It is extremely important for us to raise your child with the same values. We can assure you that your child will always have a soft place to land, with a safe and supportive family.

Education is very important to us and we believe that a good education is the foundation of success. We plan on becoming involved in their school activities so we can always be informed of their school progress and will stress the importance of college at an early age. Our families taught us that hard work and commitment will enable you to follow all of your dreams. We have brought these values into our adoption process and hope to instill them in your child. We want them to have lots of experiences growing up like camping, boating, playing sports, dance classes, musical classes, whatever they become interested in. We live in an area that can offer them an array of experiences at all stages of their life. While we will both be working parents, being involved parents will always be our number one priority. We are currently exploring several options including having a family member come to our home each day. We can assure you that no matter what, the person chosen to provide care for your child will have the highest expectations to follow!

It is very important for us to provide your child with an open and honest dialogue concerning adoption. He/She will know that your decision was made out of total love and wanting them to have the best opportunities life has to offer. We are more than willing to keep you updated and reassured of their progress through letters and photographs. The greatest gift you could give us is the opportunity to be great parents, a responsibility we will always hold to the highest regard. Most importantly, your child will be proud of you for making such a huge sacrifice for them. They will know they have two families who love them more than anything and are willing to do anything to ensure they are safe and happy.
