We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking time to read our letter and review our profile. We know that this heart wrenching decision is not easy for you or taken lightly. The courage you are showing is unbelievable. THANK YOU.

Our names are Scott and Debby. We will celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary in October 2007. We are best friends; some say soul mates as Scott finishes Debby's thoughts and sentences as Debby does his. Communication is a high priority along with including God in our relationship. We met while working for the same employer. Two years after first meeting we decided to try dating. Our courtship was amazing. We both had similar interests and the things we didn't have in common we tried for each other's sake. Three years later we married.

Scott knew when he asked Debby to marry him, he would give up his dream of having biological children. We discussed this opening and knew that raising children together was all that really mattered to us and with God's help and blessings, some day we would raise more children together. Through adoption our lives will be complete by sharing a child's life's adventures, giving our utmost love, support, and encouragement, and being able to provide for their needs so their dreams can come true. Together we are raising Nicholas 16 and Shawn 14. The boys are from Debby’s previous relationship. Scott is wonderful with the boys and he respects them as individuals and young adults. He takes them fishing, hunting and snowmobiling. The boys love him and respect him as their own dad. Both Nicholas and Shawn are extremely excited about being big brothers. They will be excellent role models for your son or daughter. They are very protective of one another and we would expect nothing less for this new bundle of joy too.

Your son or daughter, if you choose us, will be given a secure, loving, fun filled and devoted family to grow with. We spend a great deal of time outdoors. Both at our extended families' homes and up north at our cabin. Usually in the summer we fish, go swimming, take long walks in the woods, family bike rides, play at the beach, go tubing and love to relax and hang out at the camp fires under the stars. In the winter we have a family game night and snowmobile if weather allows for it. We have a ski hill down the road from our house where we go sledding and tubing. There are many laughs to go around in our family.

Our house is located close to the schools, church and area parks. Your child will receive a high degree of knowledge at our school district as it was ranked number 3 in the state for academics. He or she will have a great deal of opportunity for their future. The school offers several extra curricular activities both in athletics and academics. He or she can do anything they set their minds to. You along with us will be their number one fans and supporters. Through pictures and letters it will feel like you are right here attending every event of their precious life. The motto we grew up with and want to pass along to the children of today is: IF YOU CAN DREAM IT YOU CAN DO IT.

We currently both work full time but if given the opportunity to raise your child, Debby can rearrange her schedule to be home more. When she is unable to be there, we have our moms and sisters to watch them until one of us can get there. We have a lot of enthusiasm for raising your child and see it as the most important and rewarding role in our lives. We both grew up with deep family values we would love to pass along to your child.

Your child will always know your courageous sacrifice and what an unselfish decision you made for their wellbeing. And because of this we thank you more then words can express.
