Our names are Kevin and Michelle and we want to thank you for considering us for the awesome responsibility of raising your child. We know that you may be going through an extremely difficult, challenging, and anxious time, but we commend you on your courage to choose life for your baby. It is an immense act of love to place a child up for adoption and we admire your heroism! We are praying for you and are confident that God will lead you to making the best decision for you and your baby.
We would like to tell you a little bit about ourselves. We met through some friends one evening while singing karaoke and our lives have never been the same since! We quickly became friends, then began dating and were married in 2004. Our marriage is filled with love and laughter and we thoroughly enjoy spending time with one another. For example, every year at Halloween we have a pumpkin carving contest - asking the neighborhood trick-or-treaters which pumpkin they like better to decide the winner.
Although we know that we are truly blessed to have one another, we feel that our marriage would be twice blessed with children. We both have dreamed of having a home filled with children. We have unsuccessfully tried to have biological children, but are now certain that God wants us to adopt. We can hardly wait!
We both believe that parenting is the most important job in the world. As a result, if we are blessed with children, Michelle will gladly become a full-time stay-at-home mom and Kevin is able to work from home, which will allow both of us to spend a lot of time with your child. We will provide every opportunity possible to enrich and
educate your child. We are committed to providing a stable, secure and supportive home, which will be built upon our unconditional love.
We have endless ideas for our family life with your child, including baking Christmas cookies and leaving them out for Santa, carving pumpkins and dressing up at Halloween, hunting for Easter eggs, and celebrating birthdays with cake and presents. We want to introduce your child to many activities and family traditions and cannot wait to include them in our vacation and holiday plans. And our parents and siblings can hardly wait to spoil your child as a grandchild and niece or nephew.
Be assured that your child will know how they came to be in our family. We will present your life in a positive and grateful way. He or she will know that they are doubly loved - both by your unselfish and generous love and by us. Let us know of any special wishes you may have for your child. And, please know that we will be happy to share pictures and updates of your child with you.
