Dear Birth Parent(s),

We are Fred and Maureen. We would like to take this time and share our story with you in hopes that we might be the family that you are looking for.

We met at Wholesale Electrical Distributors Inc where we both were employed. We became friends right away. He was always the one person that would make sure everyone was happy and that no one was left out. We found that we both enjoyed being with each other more and more. What started as friendship became a true sense of love and desire to be with each other as life partners. We have been married for 20 years. Our love for each other has continued to grow stronger and stronger over the years. Fred has always been and always will be my best friend. He is my go-to person, my calm after the storm, and most of all, the love of my life. I adore him from the bottom of my heart. Being parents and having a family is very important to us.

We both enjoy being outdoors, taking long walks, boating, cooking, and watching a good movie together. We feel that it takes both of us together to have a happy, stable home and loving environment. With the two of us working as a team, we know that we have a great partnership and a loving marriage. Our commitment to each other only gets stronger as each day passes.

We want your child to be well rounded and happy. We will raise your child with a solid value system to deal with life's many challenges. We will emphasize the importance of education, religion, cultures, and imagination. But most importantly, we will be loving and devoted parents. We feel incredibly blessed to come to this point in our lives where we can fully dedicate ourselves to a child ensuring that he or she is safe and healthy while helping them to discover life's joys.

Our home is filled with laughter, which we believe is just as vital to a healthy mind and body as any other positive influence. Our many friends and family members will also be a positive influence on your child. We will both be very open about your child being adopted, as it is important for him or her to know that they are loved and always will be. We both will give all our heart and soul to your child as he or she grows all the while knowing that we chose to adopt and that this child came to us from an incredible unselfish birthmother.

We have always prayed, wished and dreamed of starting a family. Sadly, that has not happened for us and we have chosen to adopt a newborn. After working with infertility specialists for several years, we were sad to learn that we would never have a child of our own. However, we are now praying that God and the angels above who are watching over you and us will now make a life long dream come true. It is difficult to express the incredible gratitude, love, appreciation and respect that we feel toward birth parents. We know that without unselfish people out there, we would not be able to complete our family and answer our precious prayers.

We realize that this is a very difficult time and admire the strength and courage that you have while making this decision and want to thank you for reading our letter. We hope that you will consider us for your baby, but whatever your decision may be we want to wish you happiness and good fortune.
