Hi! Thank you so much for reading our letter. We are so very excited about the possibility to become parents. We can't imagine what a difficult decision this must be for you, but we want to offer our humble gratitude for the courage and strength you are showing. The amount of love and selflessness you have is incredible and inspiring.

Our names are Michael and Haley. We've been married for almost 7 years and met while we were in college. We feel extremely blessed to have each other in our lives and the love we share is strong and unconditional. Our lives to this point have been truly blessed by God, and given the opportunity, we look forward to sharing our hearts and lives with a child. We have tried for many years to have a baby and have been unsuccessful. If it wasn't for this opportunity we wouldn't have the chance to become parents on our own.

There are so many wonderful and exciting things that we can't wait to do as parents. Family time is, and will continue to be, the most important aspect of our lives. We will cook our traditional Saturday morning breakfasts (Michael loves breakfast), read bedtime stories together (Haley loves to read), take picnics to the river, and go on many vacations. We will expose your child to many experiences, allowing him or her to discover their interests and hobbies.

One thing we are very excited about is Haley getting to be a stay-at-home mom. This is important to us because it will provide a stable home life and a close-knit family atmosphere. Also, Michael works very close to home and comes home for lunch every day. Our situation allows us to be as involved as possible in your child's growth and education. We value education and will provide your child with the means and opportunities to attend college and explore what the world has to offer.

Morals and values are extremely important to us and given the opportunity, we will raise your child in a similar manner as we were raised. We were both taught to respect others, to be kind, and to lead life in a Christian way. In order to pass on the morals and values that are important to us, we will lead by example. We attend a church a couple miles from our home which has a very active youth group. The community in which we live is very friendly and your child will be surrounded by familiar faces and family all the time. Family is a very big part of our lives and both of our families are very excited about welcoming a new addition.

Given the opportunity, we will cherish your child and fill his/her life with love and lots of laughter. We are both light-hearted people and can't wait to share life's joys and laughable moments with your child. We want you to know that your child will grow-up knowing that he or she was adopted and how wonderful it is. We will be open and honest from the very start and your child will always know how loving and selfless you are. We will send pictures and letters every six months or as often as you wish. We want you to feel comfort and peace knowing that your child is growing up in the loving and secure environment that you want for him or her.

We really can't express how much we appreciate you taking the time to read our letter and we hope we have given you an idea of the life your child will lead if you choose us to become his or her adoptive parents.
