Our names are Michael (Mike) and Nichole and we chose adoption to help our family grow. Family is so important to us and we want to share the ultimate family experience with your child. We have love, a strong marriage and friendship, but something is missing, it is a child to share in that love, marriage and friendship. We are so excited
to watch our family grow and we would like you to be a part of that. You will be able to watch him/her grow and be nurtured in a loving family through the pictures and letters we will be providing.
We have always wanted to adopt and build our family. Adoption was a decision we made when we got married. We had planned on having biological children in addition to an adoption, but so far we have not been able to have a child. Adoption is a natural part of our family plan. God has continually moved us towards a life that is ideal for growing a family. We are healthy, young and active, financially secure, established in our careers and community and deeply committed to our faith, marriage and family.
Nichole is so excited to be a stay at home mom. It has been her dream for a long time. Nichole is also an early childhood educator, who will spend her time teaching your child baby sign language and all the skills a child will need to grow into a happy and healthy child. As a parent, Mike will share his values and leadership skills with your child. He will make sure the family stays active and takes daily walks and bike rides in the German countryside when he comes home from work. He will also give your child the opportunity to learn about nature by visiting animal parks, zoos, fishing, boating and camping. Your child will be brought up in a loving, positive and supportive home with many family traditions.
As parents, we believe in creating an environment that will enable your child to choose his or her own hobbies, interests, extracurricular activities and educational opportunities. We want to raise your child to become loving, kind and self-confident. Education is very important to us and your child will be given a chance for an excellent education. We also believe that being a part of the Air Force adds to the quality of our life. It is family centered and offers a community environment that provides endless medical care, special services, stability and promotes good values.
There are grandparents, great grand parents, aunts and uncles and great aunts and uncles waiting to give all their love and support to your baby. Our families are very kind, loving, caring people with strong traditions and values. Your child will be given a lot of love and encouragement from everyone. Our Air Force family is also supportive of our decision to adopt.
From the beginning, your child will know how he or she became a part of our family. We will present your life in a positive and thoughtful way. If you have any special hopes and dreams for your child, let us know and we will include those in your child's adoption story. Your child's adoption story will always be a part of our family legacy and you will always be included in that story. He or she will know that it was your generous love and unselfishness that allowed your child to be a part of our lives. We are open to discussing various ways of staying connected with you such as writing letters and sending pictures.
