We are an eager couple that wishes for the chance to give a child their unconditional love, affection and support. To share with them a beautiful and happy home with a large backyard perfect for playing with their child friendly family dog.

As a married couple for almost 10 years we have experienced many ups and downs together. We have learned how to solve our problems and differences with love and understanding. We work together as a team and have become a stronger couple as a result. We have a solid relationship built on love, friendship and respect.

After years of unsuccessful fertility treatments we decided that adoption was the right path for us to choose. The decision to adopt was not a hard one for us to make because two treasured members of our family are adopted. We know that we will have support and guidance available to us as the child grows. Our relatives are thrilled at the prospect of another child in the family and are anxiously awaiting their arrival. Your child will be accepted and adored immediately by everyone.

Both of us come from loving and supportive families, with many young nieces and nephews to play with. Our parents, who are very close to us, taught us to treat others with kindness; and to respect ourselves as well as others. We were encouraged to pursue an education in order to succeed in life. Our parents are our biggest cheerleaders, they helped us choose our own direction and did not pass judgement as we made mistakes along the way. We hope to share the values we have learned with your child.

Sean is a police officer and Sheila is a manager for a medical facility. We both have very flexible schedules and will make whatever changes we need to in order to make sure that we spend as much time as possible with your child. Family time is important to us and we will cherish the time we have together.

We love to travel in our time off; we have been to many places including England, Ireland, and Hawaii, to name a few. It is exciting to visit new places and see different customs and cultures. To compare them to our own way of life is fascinating. We would love to visit Italy someday and see the beautiful villas by Lake Como and the ancient ruins of the Coliseum in Rome. We also take short day trips to explore a little closer to home. Nothing is more relaxing than to take a short drive to upstate N.Y. and stay in a peaceful mountain retreat. We look forward to including a little one on our journeys so they can learn about new places and look forward to more adventures.

Your child would be included in all aspects of our lives. Family picnics, holidays, vacations at the beach, pumpkin picking in the fall and many other activities. We are ready to open our lives to a child and share our interests and hobbies with them. We would encourage them to pursue their own interests and take pleasure in the happiness they gained from experiencing new things.

We know what a difficult decision this is for you and promise to be completely open and honest with your child about their adoption. We will be glad to send you pictures and letters as the child grows, if you choose, so you can see that your child is healthy and happy.
