Thank you for taking the time to read our profile. We find it hard to imagine what a difficult decision you must be facing right now. We truly admire your courage and generous act of love. We pray that you will have strength and a sense of peace in the decisions that lie ahead.

Our names are Sam and Marcia and we hope to expand our family through adoption. We have been unable to have biological children and we would feel very blessed to be able to raise your child. We will embrace, nurture, and love your child unconditionally. Our hearts are filled with love and a strong desire to be great parents. We want to help mold and develop a child with self confidence, love, and good moral values. We do not take the adoption of your child lightly because it is a lifelong commitment to the health and well being of an individual. We are a mature, responsible, and financially secure couple. We feel we can provide your child a loving home, comfortable lifestyle, and promising future.

It is hard to believe we have been married for 13 years. We are so thankful we found each other. We met when a mutual friend and a family member invited several friends to go out for dinner. We enjoyed each other's company and dated for almost two years. Our marriage has been better than we ever imagined it would be. Our devotion to each other and our sense of humor have been keys to our happiness. We live a pretty simple life. After working each day, we enjoy a home cooked meal and spending the evening together. We enjoy the outdoors, sports, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Our friends and family are very excited about our decision to adopt a baby and will surround your child with love, support, and encouragement.

We have always dreamed of having a child and being parents. Marcia will be a stay-at-home Mom and will be able to share all of your child's "firsts" and special moments. We are ready for night feedings and teething and look forward to your child walking and talking. We want to capture special memories on film and scrapbook and share them with you and your child. We realize every child has his/her own personality and dreams. We will try to encourage the development of special strengths through good education and activities outside the home. We want to include a Mother's Day Out program, grades K-12, and college or trade school opportunities in your child's path of education. We want to provide a good education and good moral values so your child can grow up to be responsible, confident, and ready to go after his/her dreams.

We consider ourselves simple people with good hearts, strong moral values, and enthusiasm for life. We try to never take our blessings for granted and this applies to our time with your child. We cannot wait to read your child bedtime stories, teach your child to ride a bicycle, and host your child's birthday parties. We want to go to the zoo, roast hot dogs at hayrides, go to tee-ball games, and travel to the beach and Disney World. We look forward to holiday activities and playing board games before bedtime. We want to share our life with your child and give him/her a happy and fulfilling life.

It has been wonderful having three adopted children in our immediate family. We want you to know we will always be honest and sincere when your child asks questions about his/her adoption and will always portray you in the best light. We will explain the depth of your love and your courage and generosity in making such a difficult decision. We will make sure your child knows you wanted what was best for him/her. We will send you pictures and letters, if you so desire, so you may feel reassured in your decision. We would love to know of any special wishes you have for your child. Your child will have cousins who will share a special bond of adoption.

In closing, we hope you know us a little better. If you choose us as parents for your baby, we will be honored and forever grateful to you for a gift which means so much. It would be the gift of a lifetime.
