Thank you so much for taking the time to read our letter and allowing us to share a bit of ourselves with you. Our unsuccessful efforts to create a child together, made us realize how precious a gift life is and how important family is to us. As far as we are concerned, there is no greater gift that anyone could give us.

We were blessed when we adopted Ella who is now three years old. Our heart's desire now is to adopt another child to expand our loving family. We want to nurture our children as they grow up together, share family traditions together and have them become life-long friends sharing a special bond. The chance to be loving parents of your baby would be an incredible dream-come-true for us. With your courageous help we can create the loving family we have always dreamed of.

We are able to offer a child a loving, accepting, non-judgmental Christian home in which they can thrive. This child will grow up in the natural beauty of the West Coast enjoying as we do the ocean, the mountains and trees. Bill's profession will ensure that this child has many great opportunities including a university education if they so desire.

While we await this precious gift we keep ourselves busy with our favorite things. We like to spend a lot of time together, playing in the playroom with Ella, going to the park, swimming at the local pool, jumping on the trampoline in the backyard. We live in a quiet new residential neighborhood with lots of young families. We enjoy taking our dog, Sonic, for walks around the neighborhood and in nearby parks. We also love spending time with our extended families and friends.

Christmas is an especially big celebration at our house. We decorate every room in the house and really get into the spirit. Tara does lots of cooking and baking and we spend the holidays with our immediate family. We sit around and talk, eat, listen to Christmas carols, go to church, play games and just relax together.

Our dream is to be a family full of love, traditions, fun and happiness. Our goal is to pass along our principles and values to the children we love. We believe children should be encouraged to follow their dreams. We want to make every experience with them memorable and fun by really getting into their activities with them. We will always be interested in what they have to say and at the same time guide and teach them along the way. We will laugh with them in the good times and support them through the hard times.

Bill works as a family doctor and especially enjoys his work with young families and children. It is very touching for him to watch the little ones develop trust in their doctor. Fortunately, Bill's job allows him a great deal of flexibility so he can be a big part of raising children. Bill is the love of my life and I enjoy every day with him. He is my best friend and we talk freely and openly about everything and anything. He is a very patient, loving and giving person and is always concerned for the happiness and well being of his family. I feel very lucky to have such a great person to share my life with.

Tara is a full time stay at home Mom and is enjoying it. This has been her life long dream and we feel fortunate that she will be able to continue to do this. Tara is the center of my world. I admire her for being so well organized, highly motivated and energetic. But even more I love her for being kind, caring and nurturing. She is my best friend. Through thick and thin all of my best times have been spent with her.

If you choose, we are very open to the idea of staying in contact with you through letters and pictures as the child grows. We feel that you will always be a part of this child's life and ours. You gave the gift of life to this child and you are considering giving a gift to us that is more precious than words can describe. We will celebrate your courage and generous spirit by honoring you during our bedtime stories every night. We really want you to know in your heart that this child will be loved and cared for always. This we promise from our hearts. We will never forget how unselfish and courageous you are.
