We can't even begin to imagine what you are faced with in making this difficult decision. You are truly amazing. Really - that is what we believe and want you to know. We admire you and the courage and love that brought you to the choice of adoption for your child. We cannot possibly imagine how incredibly difficult this decision must be and we feel that it is truly an act of selflessness and generosity.

We knew we wanted to have children, but we never thought that the journey to becoming parents would be so difficult - and wonderful! As we look back on the journey that has brought us to this point, we can't help but marvel at how far we have come, everything that we have been through and the great blessings we have received along the way. We are blessed with each other, loving families and fantastic friends, and especially our beautiful daughter Emma who came to us through adoption in 2009. Through her we have learned that being parents is an exciting, joyful, challenging and fantastic experience and we relish it all! Emma is looking forward to being a big sister, praying for a baby brother or sister and practicing with her own baby dolls.

Our hope is to be able to offer your child a warm, loving and nurturing home filled with laughter, hugs and dreams come true. We dream of sharing our hearts with another child who we will love and teach through example, reading bedtime stories, outings to the park or the zoo, playtime and family time. We would love to open our hearts and our home to your child, to love and to cherish, to nurture and to encourage along life's journey. We have worked and planned for a long time to be able to provide as many opportunities as possible to your child - two parents with a strong and stable marriage, a loving family, a neighborhood filled with children, excellent educational opportunities as well as our undying devotion.

Our families share strong bonds and traditions and they are anxious to welcome a new addition and shower him/her with love. They have all been very supportive of us and are so excited for our family to grow, especially since they know this is something we both desire so much. We are thankful for our parents, who brought us up with so much love and support, teaching us the values of honesty, fairness and hard work, all while having lots of fun too. They have instilled in us strong values and traditions that we long to pass down. Our family has embraced children who have joined us through adoption, and we understand that even though they came into our family in different ways, there is no difference at all in how much they are loved and cherished.

Adoption is such an incredible gift and your child will always know how much they are loved by you and by us. We want you to know that your child will know how he/she came into our family - through the painful, loving and courageous decision you are now faced with. We greatly admire you and would share letters and photos, if you desire, so that you will have the chance to see your child grow and be reassured of your decision. We believe that God is leading us to open our hearts and home to another child through adoption and we are very excited about the future.
