We are both pro-life advocates and are sincerely thankful that you've chosen to give your child an opportunity to make his or her imprint on the world. We're hopeful that you give us the privilege of raising your child in our family. In return, we promise to love your child unconditionally and will support, encourage, and nurture him or her to become a kind, respectful, and productive member of society.
We are very unlikely to conceive again yet love children and yearn for another child to complete our family. We are both pro-life advocates so we have chosen to adopt a precious child who needs a family like ours that can help him or her thrive and become a productive member of society. We know a number of people who were adopted or have adopted a child and they have all been very supportive. We are financially, emotionally, and physically able to provide your child with a multitude of opportunities and experiences. In addition, your child will grow up with a big brother! Both of us have siblings and cannot imagine life growing up as an only child. There are too many children in this world that need a good family. Let ours be that family for your child!
Robyn graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in occupational therapy and has worked in homes, hospitals, schools, and skilled nursing facilities with patients ranging in age from 5 to 105. Robyn also has a Master of Business Administration and currently manages the daily operations of the physical, occupational, and speech therapy departments in two different buildings. Tim graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in economics. After graduating from college, Tim and his brothers started a company that sells bags lined with chemicals that prevent steel and other metals from rusting. Tim is also a partner in two other much smaller companies that sell packaging such as boxes, bags, and wood pallets and is the head football coach for his high school alma mater. Tim and Robyn both have a good deal of flexibility at work and can arrange their schedules so that their children do not need to be placed in day care.
We love to travel and intend to expose your child to different cultures throughout the country/world. There is much to learn about the world through actual experiences. Some things you just cannot learn or appreciate by reading about in a book. Between us, we have traveled to 5 different continents and visited a number of countries. Robyn has traveled to Morocco, Prague, Germany, Ireland, Costa Rica, Peru, and Italy amongst many other countries. During those trips, Robyn's rappelled, parasailed, zip lined through rain forests, snorkeled, and kissed the Blarney Stone. Tim has had the unique pleasure of doing business in China and has had the privilege of walking along the Great Wall of China. He's also enjoyed vacationing in Hawaii and Alaska. Our son is 19 months old and has already visited 5 states and vacationed this year at Atlantis in the Bahamas. We are currently in the process of planning two trips in 2018. We're hoping to vacation in Jamaica for a week and will spend a week in Wyoming for a family reunion where we'll tour Yellowstone National Park. In summary, we don't have a favorite vacation spot. Anywhere in the world where we're together is our favorite place to be. "Bad" trips just turn into great memories!
