Tracking Your Delivery
Tracking and recording your delivery will help you with future pregnancies and be able to anticipate potential health issues with you or your baby.
Track the following information:
- Length of labor so you are prepared for future pregnancies.
- Complications you experience during labor. It is important to check with your health care provider because they may notice complications that you are not aware.
- Complications your baby experiences during labor. It is important to check with your health care provider because they may notice complications that you are not aware.
- Any medications that were given to you or your baby be sure to include any anesthesia or injectable pain killers.
- Facts about methods used to delivery that could have adverse effects on you or your baby such as use of forceps, and delivery complications, etc.
- Length and weight of the baby.

Because you might not be in the best mindset to keep track of several factors at the same time, it is a good idea to ask your doctor or a close friend to do this for you.
