Headaches
Headaches are another common symptom throughout all pregnancy trimesters. The culprit? Again, hormones and increase in blood and circulation issues.
Other factors that can play a part in headaches during this time could be a lack of sleep, stress, dehydration, hunger or caffeine intake/or withdrawal.
Remedies and or Prevention:
- Drink plenty of fluids (mostly water).
- Get some rest – get off your feet.
- Try yoga or meditation
- Get fresh air – go for a walk
- Try a warm or cold compress.
