American Adoptions provides adoption services in all 50 states. We work with families who want to become a mom or dad through adoption and with women who are facing an unplanned pregnancy and wish to give their child a better life through adoption.

If you are pregnant and need adoption information or services, you can call us 24/7 at 1-800-ADOPTION. You can also visit our unplanned pregnancy homepage to learn about adoption in a confidential setting.

If you would like to adopt a baby, you can call us Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST at 1-800-ADOPTION. You can also visit our adoptive family homepage to learn how the adoption process works.
