Matt & Sierra
Our family is so very grateful and excited that you took the time to read our profile. We have always wanted to adopt and know in our heart that your child will complete our family. Our family's strong faith and bond is for a lifetime and we want to share it with them. We hope that you will consider us to be your child's parents to support, guide, and witness their life's journey.
Why We Chose Adoption

Before we got married we discussed when and how we would like to grow our family. Sierra, from the time she was a young teenager, has always felt called to adoption. From the beginning we have known that adoption was going to be a part of our family. Sierra had very difficult deliveries with Liam and Finley. Due to these complications during her deliveries, we only want to complete our family through adoption. A third child feels complete for our family. We prayed for our children, we have prayed for our family to be blessed with the opportunity of adoption, and most importantly this child's birth family. Our children will be so loved and be a part of the dream that we have for our family. We hope to teach all our children the importance of caring for everyone around them. Faith, respect, and love are just some of the morals and values we hope to raise our children experiencing but also learning to give. One of our greatest dreams is to see our children grow in an environment that is supportive, happy, and healthy. We dream of the day we can share in our children's life journeys and all of their big moments.
Our Lifestyle

Matt's career has lent us to having a love for all things nautical. We very much enjoy going out on boats and watching the ships coming in and out of port.
Our children love exploring new cities with us. Spending quality time together on vacations is important to us, but when we cannot travel far, we stay local and explore our city with our friends and family.
We love taking our children to see movies at the movie theatre. We especially love when we can go to our local theatre that has an attached bowling alley and a restaurant. Liam and Finley love to go bowling.
Sierra has close relationships with all her other mom friends and as they converse over coffee they enjoy sharing tips, tricks, and other information vital to running a successful household.
We both are dedicated to having a balanced life making sure to focus on our faith, family, diet, exercise, and self-care. We like to work hard and play hard, and we both very much enjoy our work. Sharing our hobbies and who we are with our friends and family is important to us, and we like to be connected. We are both very social and enjoy spending as much time as we can with our friends and family in the area.
Favorite Vacation Spot
We love to travel with our children, Liam and Finley, and to see them light up with each new experience. Just recently we traveled to Disney World! We love to watch their eyes light up with excitement when they enjoy a fun ride or meet a character they love. Quality time with them and exploring the world through their eyes is what makes traveling with them so much fun. They really enjoy exploring the Disney parks with us, riding new rides, seeing shows, and trying new foods. One of the best parts of traveling is when we all sleep in the same room and share that quality family time together. Seeing Liam and Finley play and laugh together brings us so much joy as parents. Being able to leave work and school work behind when we travel and really spend quality time with our children really means the world to us. The memories that we make traveling on an airplane, riding a roller coaster, meeting a princess, or sharing a slice of pizza will last forever for us and hopefully for them as well. We look forward, as our children grow, on making special memories where ever we go together. Being able to witness special moments with our children is priceless to us.

Our House and Neighborhood

We live in the friendly Lone Star State of Texas. We both grew up here and love Texas for raising our family. We live in a smaller city outside of a large metropolitan area with so many things to do and love. Our city is very family oriented and offers many parks that our children love visiting year round.
Our daughter, Finley, currently attends one of our local "Mother's Day Out" programs three days a week and loves her teachers and friends. Our son is in first grade at our local elementary school and loves his friends, teachers, and staff.
Our home is no more than 15 minutes away from almost everything around us. Our house is a newly built home with four bedrooms and three and half bathrooms. It gets very hot in the summer here, so last summer we added a pool in a back yard that Liam and Finley love. Our kids even took swim lessons from a local swim coach right in our back yard. Our back yard is fairly large, with a play set, and plenty of room to play outdoor games. We enjoy spending the Fourth of July in our back yard, grilling out and swimming during the day. At night on the Fourth we enjoy our community large firework display.
Our Extended Families

We have a large, fun, and energetic extended family. Our extended family is very excited and supportive for our adoption journey. Matt has one brother and sister-in-law, Uncle Nathan and Aunt Brittany, who live 30 minutes north of us. Matt, Nathan, and our son Liam (Age 6) like to spend time together playing golf and attending sports events. Matt's parents, Poppy and Mimi, are so fun and we see them often. Mimi and Poppy have brothers and sisters, so we have many great aunts and uncles and many first and second cousins. All of our family is so excited to welcome our new family member!

Sierra has one brother Uncle Josh, who is a chef for Whole Foods in Aspen, CO. Sierra's mother and step father, Nana and Pop, come to see our children often as well. Our children love when Nana arrives because she bakes cupcakes with them every time she visits. We love to spend time with them year round going out to eat, to visit museums, aquariums, the zoo and more. Nana has sisters and brothers as well that make up the other side of our large family with more great aunts and uncles, first and second cousins. Sierra's father, Grandpa, is the fun grandpa that gets down on the floor to play Hot Wheels or Barbie's with Liam and Finley. Grandpa is always sending our kids treats in the mail, which they love to get mail.

We promise to always put the needs of your child first, and to raise and guide them in faith.
What do you say to a person you have never met that holds your heart? Our words could never express all of the love and emotions that we feel with this gift of adoption. Our hearts are with you as you are faced with the task of making the best choice for your child. Please know that you are on our minds and in our prayers. Connecting with you is very important to us and we want to open the lines of communication as much as you feel comfortable. We promise to update you with letters and pictures always. We want you to see your child growing and excelling as part of our family.
We made a vow to each other 11 years ago when we got married to support and witness each other's lives with unconditional love. These vows are the very foundation of our family and the strong bond we hope to impart on our children. We promise to always love our children unconditionally. Our love has grown exponentially in the 11 years that we have been married, and our love and family continues to expand. We believe that God has put adoption our family's hearts and that he will continue to be faithful to our family. We want your precious baby to know that we always support and pray for their birth parent's journey and life. Your bravery and selflessness will not be lost on us, as we vow to love this child unconditionally.
If you should choose our family, please know that we are unbelievably honored and blessed to be on this journey with you. Know that your child will be a cherished member of our family. We will guide your child daily to be the best that they can be. There are no limits to your child's success in life, and we want to pursue their dreams with them. We will be there to support you and cover you with prayer. We believe that God adopted all of us first, and we are all brothers and sisters together. Adoption is a journey and a gift that we will cherish forever.
With love,
Matt & Sierra
