Chase & Meghan
Hi! We are so excited about the potential of finally becoming first-time parents! We have so much love, laughter, knowledge, and opportunity to offer a child and are confident that we would make the best parents! We are beyond grateful for adoption and the chance that it affords us to be "mommy and daddy." Thank you for taking the time to read our profile. We are looking forward to the journey ahead!
Our Lifestyle

Outside of traveling, we are avid snowboarders and own a vacation condo at the bottom of one of Colorado's most famous ski resorts where we spend nearly every weekend in the winter months. In the summer months, we love mountain biking, ATVing, hiking, swimming, and camping. We love to work-out and often ride bikes, lift weights, and take yoga classes together as well. We love spending time together, particularly with other friends or family. We have two dogs, who are the best pets - Kona (Goldendoodle, 5-years-old) and Chloe (Labradoodle, 3-years-old). Both dogs are super friendly, cuddly, and LOVE little children.
We also cherish quiet nights on the couch, watching Netflix or movies as a family. Sometimes, we will set up a projector outdoors and watch an outdoor movie by the fire, which is so much fun! Gardening, walks in the local parks, paddleboarding, going out to dinner, walking our dogs, reading good books, and shopping are also activities that we both enjoy.
Qualities We Admire in Each Other

Chase is an extremely driven, successful, supportive, and loving man. He has SO MANY friends and is always the center of attention in conversations and get-togethers. He is so funny and constantly keeps everyone around him laughing. He is very physically-fit and good looking, but more importantly, he is a loving, gentle soul. Chase is the best husband, and will make an even better father.
Meghan is super smart, but also down-to-earth. While lackadaisical, she is extremely driven and focused on success. She is an accomplished nurse practitioner (with a PhD) who takes care of people for a living. She is very kind, understanding, patient, and compassionate. She is also physically fit and gorgeous, both on the inside and the outside. Meghan will be taking time off of work to help raise our future child. She will make an AMAZING mother.
We are best friends and both value each other and our families more than anything else in life. Our focus is on ensuring our happiness, stability, and security as a family. We yearn for a child to complete our family.
What It Means to Become Parents

We both have so much love to give a child. We are yearning to grow our family and are excited to be on this adoption journey. We are both thrilled to be able to raise a child, and the opportunity to share our travels and adventures with someone else. We both value culture, humility, honesty, integrity, compassion, kindness, hard work, and education and will be sure to instill all of these values in our child.
We feel so blessed to be able to adopt a child. We are both Christians and will also ensure that our child is raised in a religious, family-oriented household. We do not go to church every week, but do try to attend regularly. We celebrate Easter and Christmas and often get together with our large extended families to do so.

Our House and Neighborhood

We live in a new home in a well-known Colorado mountain town. Our home is about 30 minutes outside of the city, in a serene location. It is a 2600 sq. ft. two-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home that is newly renovated throughout. The living room is our favorite room in the house and features a large, open space, vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, hickory hardwood flooring, a large gas fireplace, and a lofted office space. There are two large decks off of the back of the house (one off of the main floor, the other off of the lower floor) with gorgeous views of the mountains that are perfect for sightseeing, sunsets, and spending time as a family. Our house is situated on several acres of land and backs up to a beautiful state park with ample room for tire swings, tree houses, playgrounds, and forts. We are also within walking distance to various hiking, mountain biking, and snowshoeing trails, creeks, waterfalls, and wild flower fields. We have an ATV and snowmobile and love driving around and exploring the property! Our friends love to come by and visit with their children for an adventurous time.
We have several neighbors nearby, many of which have young children. Our community is very tight-nit; the neighbors often get together with their families for barbecues, cook-outs, games, and hikes. Although we are in a relatively rural community, we are only a short drive to parks, lakes, reservoirs, schools, shopping and restaurants. We live in an awesome school district with a great reputation across the state.
Our Extended Families

We are both very close to our families. Meghan has a large family with two younger sisters and a younger brother, of whom we are very close with. Her older sister has two little girls, and we love to spend time with our nieces camping, going to the zoo, or watching movies. Although her parents and siblings live across the country, we find time to visit with them quite often. We love spending holidays, like Christmas and Thanksgiving, with Meghan's family because her aunts, uncles, and cousins all come together to celebrate. One of Meghan's cousins was adopted from Guatemala as an infant, so her family has been very open and accepting of our plans to adopt as well.

We are also very close with Chase's family. His younger brother, Jamie, lives within a five-minute drive from our house and frequently comes over. Chase's dad comes out to visit with us every winter and often stays for several months (albeit in his own place) to enjoy ski season with us all. Snowboarding together as a family over winter break has been a long-standing tradition with Chase's side of the family and one that we plan to share with our future child! Chase's side of the family is also very supportive of our plans to adopt; in fact, Chase was adopted by his dad when he was 8-years-old. We have always felt a calling to adopt because of this.
From Us to You

We are Chase and Meghan. We have been together for nearly 11 years. We are best friends and do everything together (with our "doodles", Kona and Chloe too). We have lived all over the country, traveled to over 40 countries internationally, have a beautiful house, and a great marriage. We love our lives together, but feel that we are missing something; we feel that our lives will not be complete without a child. We are desperate to grow our family and to become parents. Unfortunately in the last three years, we have experienced recurrent pregnancy losses, several failed IVF treatments, and now permanent infertility. We want nothing more than to finally become a mommy and daddy and share our lives, and all that we have to offer with a child. We feel that God has brought us to adoption through all of our trials and tribulations. We see it as the silver lining in all of the negativity that we have surpassed in the last several years. Adoption is our saving grace.
We are in awe of your courage and selflessness to consider adoption. We are so grateful to you to consider giving us the opportunity to become parents and to help raise your child. We are confident that we will give this child a stable, loving, and supportive upbringing, filled with endless opportunities for education, sports/activities, traveling, and fun with parents that love him/her! We are hard-working, God-fearing people that value morality, honesty, and integrity and will ensure that these values are also ingrained in our child's upbringing. We have large, supportive families and tons of friends, so the child will always have a large network of loving people in his/her life.
The bottom line is that we will do everything in our power to ensure that this child has the absolute best life possible. One of our friends recently quoted, "Whatever child hits the Meghan and Chase adoption lottery, will literally hit the jackpot for adoptive parents." We both think she might be onto something here, and feel that we would be awesome parents too ... :)
We are committed to sending updates and pictures of the child throughout his/her life, so that you always feel at ease, knowing that they are happy and experiencing life to its fullest. We feel that maintaining a connection between you (as the birthmother) and the child is important for both of you. We want to help to ensure that the child knows what an incredible, selfless, loving person you are, and understands all of the sacrifices that you went through to give them a better life because of your love for them.
Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. Thank you for considering us to go through this amazing journey with you.
Love,
Chase & Meghan
