| Rosy | Posted: Nov 17, 2003 06:51:23 PM I think first off you should get your Long Birth Certificate thats the one your issued from your birth parents, the numbers or your regular birth certificate thats the one that you are issued by your adoptive family the last 4 numbers on your regular birth certificate matches the numbers on your long certficate that is locked up in whatever capital applies to you I think, Hope this Helps.
