I am a 34 year old female born on12-6-1971 in Orrville,Ohio looking for birth siblings and birth parent's.I was born under the name baby girl Kim.I grew up in Wooster,Ohio as Stacey Reynolds.

Reply to person looking for their daughters birth mother. In Kansas you can contact the S.R.S. at Topeka and ask for the adoption unit. May be under Health and Environment now...not sure. The daughter will have to send her information to them and they will send her the information.

To whom it may concern, I am trying to find someone by the name Leah Leann Baker. She was born in Houston, Texas I am helping a friend Teresa Ulrick, who is looking for her. They have important medical information for her. She was born April 18,1982. if anyone has any info please let me know.
