my husbands ex-wife has now given consent for me to adopt my stepdaughter. where do we begin?we live in tampa fl. we all are soo excited,we have wanted this for a long time.we need to be pointed in the right direction to get started.HELP! anyone who can offer the information we need to get this going, would be greatly appreciated,. thank you , jodie i.
