| Adrain | Posted: Aug 31, 2005 08:24:18 PM I have been married for about four years, and i have daughter from a previous boyfriend. My new husband cares for my daughter like she was his.own child. My ex parents do what they can from time to time to help me financially. However the ex himself never calls or visit or contact our daughter. My new husband wants to adopt my daughter but my ex says no. How can my new husband adopt my daughter without her biologicasl farther consent? | ||
