Jennifer, I am also searching adoption in Washington State for my brother (both of us were adopted, I was born in Oregon). I found out, depending on what county (King, Pierce, or other) there is someone to contact. Go to www.adopteesearch.info/states1 for more info. I hope this helps point you in the right direction.

Looking for my birth parents.I was born in Washington State in 1967.I was looking so I don't feel alone any more.
