| Misty | Posted: Sep 30, 2006 11:49:52 AM It is sometimes uncommon to adopt an older child. But, if it is right for you and your family, than it is the right decisiont. So many people only want babies, that many times the older children go without being concidered.
There can be some attachment issues, but with time and love hopefully you would be able to work thru them.
Good luck!!

| Daverin | Posted: Sep 27, 2006 05:51:25 PM We have two wonderful kids biologically. Each child was premature and with the last one we both almost died. It is too dangerous to try again but we would love another child. Is it a common thing to adopt older children or is it rare? Or is it a bad idea?
