| Jan | Posted: Feb 25, 2006 07:15:26 PM Hi I was adopted in austin tx also. In seton hospital in 1973. Through the home of the holy infancy. I have a story almost the same as yours. My birth mom was 14 also and I found out in the year 2000 she was looking for me. But I was told the info she left was no longer valid. I want to wish you luck . | ||
| Phyllis Moses | Posted: Jul 09, 2004 02:36:07 PM Lynn: I dont know if i can be of any help but am willing to try. I was adopted in Vt at age 2. I was born 5/4/67 so was drawn to your story. Please tell me what you have already for paperwork. Read over your birth certificate very carefully. I was adopted thru the foster care program in Vt and found information otherwise not open to me without going through court. Please write to me at the attatched email when you get a minute and I might have some insight. I know where my birth father is and have located and spoken to my mother who had me when she was 17 and still in school. PM | ||
| Lynn | Posted: May 04, 2004 02:25:36 PM My birth cert. says I was born 9/17/67 in Travis County, Austin, TX. I was told my mother was 13 or 14 when I was born so the state took me from her and I was adopted out. I want to find my mother and/or father to know where I come from and my medical history. Any help with this would be so greatly appreciated. Thank You | ||
