Amber's Adoption Story

At first I wasn’t sure if adoption was the right choice for me, but now that everything is said and done, I know in my heart it was for the best. In January of 2006, we found the perfect adoptive couple to raise our precious baby girl. We talked on the phone and finally met in person on March 4^th when I gave birth. Everyday they came to see the baby and me. On March 8^th, we signed the final papers and said our “see you laters”. Now as of March 28^th, we talk once a week on the phone, but are always exchanging emails and pictures. Each day that goes by I realize how much job I brought into their lives. I love my daughter with all my heart and would do the same if I had to do it over again. Every day I can’t wait to see her in person again. I would do anything in the world for my baby girl.
